The Pet Kasem Wing features 73 Superior Garden View rooms spread across 5 floors and the Ta Chine Wing has 69 Superior River View rooms, 7 Deluxe rooms and 7 suites starting from the 04th floor to the 10th floor. It is a family hotel and many rooms can comfortably sleep up to 3 adults. Moreover, 4 of the rooms are tailored to serve the requirements and comfort of handicapped guests. Non-smoking or smoking rooms are available on request.

Since its reconstruction, the lakeside houses on stilts have been a picturesque trademark of Sampran Riverside. Each of the houses is named after a Thai flower that grows at the entrance of the house.
