At the Thai Village every morning from 10.00hrs to 12.00hrs, there are over 10 arts and crafts workshops revealing Thai traditions and customs such as bamboo dancing, rice farming, garland making, pottery, Thai cooking, Thai martial arts, weaving, herbal pavilion, silk processing, Thai music and dance and umbrella painting. These workshops make learning fun as students get to try out every activity with guidance and supervision from the skilled staff at each workshop station. The program benefits both Thai and international students as Thai students get to reconnect with the roots of their culture and foreign students get to experience Thai culture and lifestyle first hand. The students also have the opportunity to see elephants and buffaloes and learn about them. The educational program lasts about 2 hours and makes and enjoyable and worthwhile school trip. There is also an option of having a join buffet lunch or we can provide packed lunches after the program.
